In my view having the first hand experience  last week with the team
Its a family approach 
There is always someone to assist during training or  during diving 
Everyone has a smile , engage well with all , respond to questions/queries
Its a family practice in view  to make all comfortable and make the pleasurable and treasurable moment of a life time
Oops I forgot the ladies at the reception they work very hard  to make all welcome  .
